Despite a number of units going on the market shortly after I put my unit on the market, he and his team were able to keep my unit competitive and more appealing than the other units, so we could make the sale! All the units in our condominium are pretty much the same floor plan. And of course, we all have the same amenities. It was a matter of making our unit stand out above the other units... and Mike was able to pull it off! He and his team staged our unit so beautifully and professionally!
